Softech's ACH Returns and Notice of Change (ARANC) processing solution provides an end-to-end system for parsing automated clearing house (ACH) data streams, assembling the data into readable transactions, routing those transactions to various processors (remote or local) based on geographic region or other assignment method, allowing users to update the payment systems from the data, and tracking the resolution process for resolving payment discrepancies.
ARANC provides a comprehensive, efficient, easy-to-use solution to process ACH Returns and Notices of Change. Data is displayed to operators and stored in the IBM FileNet P8 repository in clear, easy-to-read format, permitting rapid comprehension and modification. The fully automated follow-up process reduces system interaction required for follow-ups, which allows personnel to focus on transaction that require knowledge-based research.
