System Support Engineer – Costa Mesa, CA
Responsible for deployment, implementation and providing ongoing technical system support for clients with IBM FileNet Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution including FileNet P8 Content Manager, IBM FileNet Image Services, FileNet Capture Professional, Softech DocWizard and Softech Offline Content Access. Maintain and monitor internal IT network. Masters degree in Information Systems or related study required.

Computer Software Engineer
Responsible for research, design, development and deliver enterprise applications with interactions to IBM's content management and workflow systems. Analyze application requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Consult with team members to evaluate operational performance requirements of the applications. Bachelors degree in computer science or related required. Leadership experience in managing projects required.
